With this anticipated tape, we welcome two incredible songwriters to the TFT's growing roster of artists and collaborators. The split features 4 tracks from prolific, London-based DIY pop queen Keel Her and 4 tracks from Boston-area, lo-fi rock princess Claire Cottrill. Keel Her's bubbly, alien pop landscapes are quirky and mesmerizingly catchy and her effervescent exploration among the stars is brought back down to Earth with Claire's spell-bindingly soft, fuzz-filled mini-songs. This split marks a musical growth and progression for both Claire and Keel Her: a presentation of new material, new experiences, and new directions.
